How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Your credit card is captured upfront but you won’t be charged until day 8. Cancel any time before then with no charge.
How do additional seats work?
Each plan includes a base number of seats. You can add more at any time from your billing settings. Additional seats are billed monthly at your plan’s per-seat rate and prorated if added mid-cycle.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you’re charged only for the remaining portion of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual plans can be paid by bank transfer — contact us for an invoice.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contract required. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are billed once per year.
What social networks are supported?
Flow Orah supports Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Google Business Profile. More networks are added regularly.
Do unused posts roll over?
No, monthly post quotas reset at the start of each billing period and unused quota does not roll over. Team, Agency, and Enterprise plans have no post limit.
