Your Right to Opt Out of the Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
This page is the Notice of Right to Opt-out of Sale/Sharing for https://www.floworah.com/, operated by Pure Grace AI, LLC, effective October 1, 2026. California residents have the right to direct a business that sells or shares their personal information to stop selling or sharing it. “Sharing” means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising. We sell or share personal information, and you can opt out using the form on this page.
How to Opt Out
To opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information, complete the form below. We do not require you to create an account. We ask only for the information needed to identify whose personal information is to stop being sold or shared, and where we can act on your request without any information from you, we do.
[ATTORNEY INPUT REQUIRED: the interactive opt-out form (11 CCR §§ 7013(f)(2), 7026(a)(1)) is embedded here on the published page]
Other Ways to Opt Out
You may also opt out if you contact us at privacy@floworah.com.
Opt-Out Preference Signals
We treat an opt-out preference signal sent by your browser or device, such as Global Privacy Control, as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for that browser or device and, where we know who you are, for you. We display on this website whether we have processed the signal as a valid request to opt out.
What Happens After You Opt Out
We stop selling and sharing your personal information as soon as feasibly possible, and no later than 15 business days after we receive your request. We notify each third party to which we sold or shared your personal information after you submitted your request and before we complied with it, and direct it to comply with your request and to forward the request to any other person to which it made that information available during that period. We provide a means for you to confirm that your request has been processed. We use personal information you provide with your request only to comply with it. We wait at least 12 months before asking you to authorize the sale or sharing of your personal information again. We may deny a request that we have a good-faith, reasonable and documented belief is fraudulent, and if we do, we tell you and explain why.
Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request to opt out on your behalf if you give the agent written permission signed by you. We may deny a request from an agent that does not provide your signed permission. Signed permission is not required for a request made through an opt-out preference signal.
