Fair Usage Policy
Flow Orah is designed for real social media management workflows. These guidelines keep the platform fast and reliable for everyone.
Overview
Flow Orah operates under a fair usage model. Your plan defines a set of included entitlements — connected accounts, team seats, AI credits, and data retention windows — and your usage is measured against those limits.
This policy describes how limits work, what happens when you approach them, and how we handle accounts with sustained unusually high usage. We aim to be transparent so you can plan confidently.
Short version: Use Flow Orah for your real social media work. Your plan limits are generous for normal agency and business use. If you’re running automated bulk operations beyond those limits, we’ll reach out before taking any action.
Team Seats
Each plan includes a set number of team member seats. Additional seats can be purchased on top of your plan’s base allocation and are billed monthly at the rate shown below.
| Plan | Included Seats | Additional Seats |
|---|---|---|
| Small Business | 1 seat | +$99/mo per seat |
| Team | 2 seats | +$250/mo per seat |
| Agency | 2 seats | +$399/mo per seat |
| Enterprise | 5 seats | Custom — contact sales |
Additional seats are billed on a monthly recurring basis and prorated when added or removed mid-billing cycle. Each seat represents one team member login with full access to your organization’s workspaces (subject to any permission settings you configure).
What counts as a seat?
- Each active user account in your organization consumes one seat.
- Deactivated or removed users free up their seat immediately.
- Pending invitations do not consume a seat until the invitation is accepted.
- Organization owners always consume one seat and cannot be removed from the seat count.
Scheduled Posts
Flow Orah does not impose a monthly post cap on Team, Agency, or Enterprise plans — publish as much as your social media strategy requires. The Small Business plan includes a generous monthly allowance suited for solo operators and small teams.
| Plan | Scheduled Posts / Month | Connected Social Accounts |
|---|---|---|
| Small Business | 500 posts | 10 accounts |
| Team | Unlimited | 35 accounts |
| Agency | Unlimited | Unlimited accounts |
| Enterprise | Unlimited | Unlimited accounts |
Post limits reset at the start of each billing period. Unused post quota does not roll over to the next month.
What counts as a post?
- Each network target is counted separately. One piece of content published to three networks counts as three posts.
- Drafts and posts in “pending approval” do not count until they are scheduled or published.
- Failed or cancelled posts are not counted.
- Edited and rescheduled posts do not re-count.
Connected Social Accounts
Your plan limits how many social accounts (profiles) you can connect to Flow Orah at one time. This is a live limit — if you’re at your account maximum, you’ll need to disconnect an existing account before connecting a new one.
For Agency and Enterprise users, the limit applies across all connected businesses. Connecting the same account to multiple businesses is not permitted.
Analytics Data Retention
Flow Orah stores engagement metrics (impressions, likes, shares, clicks) for every post we publish on your behalf. Retention windows depend on your plan:
| Plan | Analytics Retention |
|---|---|
| Small Business | 90 days |
| Team | 12 months |
| Agency | 24 months |
| Enterprise | Custom (up to unlimited) |
When data ages out of your retention window, it is removed permanently. Export your analytics data before the window closes to keep a local copy indefinitely.
Media Storage
Images and videos you upload to the Flow Orah media library are stored on our servers. Each plan includes a storage allowance:
| Plan | Media Storage |
|---|---|
| Small Business | 5 GB |
| Team | 25 GB |
| Agency | 25 GB |
| Enterprise | Custom |
Media files attached to posts that were published more than 90 days ago may be subject to automatic cleanup to recover storage. You will always retain access to your most recently uploaded assets.
Additional Storage
Need more media storage? You can purchase additional storage in 5 GB blocks at $5/month per block, available on Small Business, Team, and Agency plans. Add or remove storage blocks at any time from your billing settings.
API Rate Limits
Flow Orah’s platform API enforces rate limits to protect service stability. These apply if you are integrating via the API directly (not via the web app).
| Endpoint Category | Rate Limit |
|---|---|
| Read endpoints (GET) | 300 requests / minute per organization |
| Write endpoints (POST, PATCH, DELETE) | 60 requests / minute per organization |
| Publishing (schedule / publish post) | 20 requests / minute per organization |
| Analytics fetch | 30 requests / minute per organization |
Requests that exceed rate limits will receive a 429 Too Many Requests response. Sustained rate limit violations may trigger temporary API access suspension. If your legitimate use case requires higher limits, contact us.
What Happens When You Reach a Limit
- You will see a clear in-app notification when you are approaching your monthly post limit (at 80% and 100%).
- Scheduling new posts is blocked once you reach your monthly post limit. Existing scheduled posts will continue to publish.
- Connecting new social accounts is blocked once you reach your account limit. Existing connections continue to work.
- Adding new team members is blocked when you reach your seat limit. You can purchase additional seats directly from your billing settings at any time.
- You can upgrade your plan at any time to immediately unlock higher limits.
We do not silently drop content. If a post cannot be published due to a plan limit, you will be notified and the post will remain in your queue so you can act on it after upgrading or clearing space.
Automated and Bulk Usage
Flow Orah is intended for human-operated social media management. Automated bulk operations — scripts that generate hundreds of posts per hour, bulk account connection cycling, or systematic crawling of the analytics API — are outside the intended use of the platform.
If we detect patterns consistent with automated abuse, we will contact you first. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for accounts engaged in bulk automated activity that degrades performance for other users.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the platform evolves. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any reduction to included plan limits, communicated by email and in-app notification. Increases to limits (e.g. giving you more posts per month) take effect immediately.
